In addition, you have the option to schedule an appointment with our Online Measurement Consultant service to ensure that each measurement step is taken correctly. We also offer one free adjustment service if the garment arrives in the wrong size.

Since our garments are fully customized, we usually do not accept returns. However, if it is due to a quality issue with the production or materials, we will repair or remake it free of charge. In addition, we offer one free adjustment on your first order to make sure you are satisfied with the final product.
